If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will provide a pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Return your purchase with its included accessories and packaging within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund to the original payment method. Customers outside the contiguous United States are responsible for shipping costs for returns. After 30-days, returns are not eligible for refund but may receive store credit for 90% of the value of the returned item(s). Customized items are not eligible for return or refund except in the event that an error was made during creation; however, if the customization was submitted to us incorrectly, we are not responsible for any errors. Sale items are non-refundable.
